PROMOTION RULES
- The Village Shopping Centre’s “24 Days of Christmas!” runs from Monday, December 1-24, 2025• All participants agree fully to all rules.
• Each day there will be a different Christmas question posted on Facebook.
• Participants can only enter once per day.
• All daily participants names will be entered into a draw.
• The winner will be randomly drawn from the previous day’s entrants.
• Dependent on the day, the prize awarded to the participant will consist of a designated retailer donated prize and/or designated denomination of winnings in Village Shopping Centre gift certificates.
• Winner(s) are to pick up prizes at the Village Shopping Centre Administration Office..
• Winners of all prizes must sign a Winner Waiver and Release at time of claiming.
• Village Shopping Centre gift certificates will expire on January 31, 2026.
• Promotional Gift certificates must be used in the purchase of merchandise and no change will be given. They cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash money or used to purchase retailer gift cards.
• Retailer Prizes must be accepted as awarded and any dispute that comes about due to the presentation, facilitation and execution of retail prizes will be dealt with between the retailer/provider of said prize and the winner and will preclude any involvement, legal or otherwise of The Village Shopping Centre and their immediate families, Plaza Group and it’s employees and immediate families.
• This promotion is open to all residents of Newfoundland and Labrador 18 years of age and over. All employees of any tenants, stores, services or occupants of The Village Shopping Centre and their immediate families, Plaza Group employees and their immediate families are not permitted to participate.
• All decisions relating to this promotion are to be made by The Village Shopping Centre and shall be considered as final. Participation in the promotion confirms consent for the usage of the participant’s name and photograph, without payment, in any forthcoming publicity. The Village Shopping Centre reserves the right to discontinue this promotion at any time.
